We pivoted our way into a brand.
COFCHA isn't a clean origin story. It's a bakery that became a coffee pop-up that became a stall that became a catering vendor that became, finally, the coffee + matcha brand you see today. Here's how it actually went.

Bake Basket
It began as a home bakery in Bangalore — FSSAI and GST registered, full of ambition, slightly less of a plan. Cakes, cookies, the works.
Enter CO:FF:EE
We fell hard for specialty coffee and pivoted to a premium-yet-affordable brand: CO:FF:EE. We started inside a society, got early love, and then watched the traction fade.
Streets, stalls, and serendipity
Instead of folding, we took our setup to flea markets, society events and high-footfall roadside spots. The brand got noticed. The revenue followed.
Corporate gigs & Christmas hampers
A bulk Christmas hamper order turned into in-office catering for a corporate client. We learnt how to scale without losing the small-batch soul.
Matcha enters the chat
We started experimenting with ceremonial matcha. It stuck. COFCHA — coffee + cha — was born.
One brand, many doorways
Corporate gifting, online orders, curated hampers, live stalls. Same small team. Same obsession with what's in the cup and the box.
